The freeee.in Board of Directors is an independent panel that constitutes senior professionals having significant experience in knoweldge management, business processes, education and excellent communication skills.  The Board is made up management skills at various levels elected from and by the membership every two years.  This Board elects a President and Chairman.  Members of the Board are appointed to actively serve on various committees by President and Chairman (who presides over all Board meetings).

Key Committees of the Board

The key committees, described below, report their deliberations and recommendations to the entire Board.

• Executive Committee  - Advises with and aids the officers of the freeee.in in all matters concerning the Board's interests and the management of its business.
• Content Management Committee - Oversees quality of content and usability for information to target audiences. 
• Finance Committee  - Attends to and supervises all the fiscal operations of the freeee.in as directed by the Board; examines financial statements each month and at the close of the fiscal year; and reviews all other financial matters which might have an effect on the operations.
• Marketing Committee  - Develops marketing, public relations and media objectives to attract new users, enhance relationships with existing users and reach out to the community - businessmen and professionals and the general public.
• Membership Committee - Reviews eligible members for election and advises in all matters concerning general membership decisions.
• New Technologies Committee  - Investigates new technology as it develops and advises on applications to operations and activities of freeee.in
